An Education Model in Light of the Holy Qur'an
The Learning World (TLW) is a comprehensive Education Model for Muslims, inspired by the guidance of the Holy Qur'an. It offers a holistic framework for nurturing the complete human being — spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, morally, socially, and physically.
Unlike conventional approaches that often confine education to classrooms and academic achievement, TLW views learning as a lifelong journey that unfolds across interconnected environments. Every experience, relationship, and institution contributes to the formation of the learner.
At the heart of this model lies The Learning Self — an individual who is continually growing in faith, character, knowledge, wisdom, and purposeful action.
The Trio of Educators: From Illumination to Continuity
The Learning World is not a new creation; it is a revival of the original order of learning as revealed by Allah and embodied by His Messenger (Peace Be Upon Him). It restores education to its natural flow — beginning in the HOME (PARENTS), illuminated through the MAKTAB, and assisted through SCHOOLING, while continuously engaging with the wider world.
Parents
Parents, educated and mentored by the Institute for Parental Learning, are child's first learning world. They shape spiritual, moral and emotional foundation through role modeling.
Maktab
Maktab, anchored in Masjid, serves as the world of Qur'an and character formation. Identity, adab, and moral awareness are anchored through guided early learning.
School / Institute
School/Institute equipped all the necessary tools, serves as the learning world of skills. It prepares the child for practical competence, reasoning, and engagement with society.
A forum of scholars, researchers and educationists
The Learning World organisation is an educational forum dedicated to researching, developing, and advancing integrated education in the light of the Holy Qur'an. It comprises of growing body of scholars, researchers, educationists, and professionals united by a shared conviction that education must once again nurture the complete human being.
The Learning World Model has been developed, that integrates parents, maktabs, schools, educators, and society into one coherent system of lifelong learning. Drawing upon the timeless guidance of the Holy Qur'an, the Model seeks to cultivate individuals distinguished by faith, character, wisdom, knowledge, and meaningful contribution.

Thus, transforming education by developing and advancing The Learning World - a Qur'an-inspired framework that integrates parents, maktabs, schools, educators, and society into one coherent system of lifelong learning.
